Randfontein’s brand-new celebration of our rich gold mining heritage and vibrant community! Nestled in the heart of the West Rand, where the gold rush of the Witwatersrand has pulsed since 1889, the Gouefees marks an exciting new chapter for our beloved town. The Randfontein Publicity Association, with our “hearts of gold,” invite you to join us in this golden celebration!
The Gouefees takes place on a spacious new venue that prioritizes safety, convenience, and endless opportunities.
Exhibitors can not only set up their stalls but also stay on-site, ensuring peace of mind and comfort. Visitors can arrive with confidence, knowing their vehicles are secure and that the venue offers a wealth of activities and attractions for the whole family. From arts and crafts to entertainment and delicious food, there’s something for everyone!
The former Randfontein Show closed in 2022 due to the financial impact of COVID-19, but the Gouefees is a triumphant rebirth. With a fresh vision and dedication to our community, we promise a festival that not only honors our gold mining history but also showcases the spirit of Randfontein.

Randfontein Gouefees 2026 – verby, maar nie vergeet nie!
Wat ‘n fees! Die Randfontein Gouefees 2026 het sy deure toegemaak, maar die herinneringe bly skyn. Dankie aan elke mens wat daar was: ons wonderlike besoekers wat die plek laat lewe het, ons toegewyde exhibitors en kosverkopers, die kunstenaars wat die verhoog laat brand het, die vrywilligers wat agter die skerms gewerk het soos helde, en natuurlik ons span by die RPA wat maande se harde werk in hierdie naweek gegiet het. Selfs met die reën Sondag het die gees net hoër gestyg!
Ons is al klaar opgewonde vir die volgende een… die RPA-span !!
